Road roller operator • Putnam County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in Putnam County, Ohio. You will work on a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 4+ years on the tools preferred.
