Vacancy available: scaffold fitter (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards Ideal candidate: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
