Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Orange County, Virginia. The job is in a textile mill. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Day to day you will follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
