Escalator technician wanted in Akure North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Akure North, Ondo State. The role involves measure rope tension and check for broken strands; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; run load and overload tests with test weights; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦3,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
