Your main tasks: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
