We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Barbour County, West Virginia. The job is at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
