HSE officer — Roberts County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HSE officer in Roberts County, Texas. The job is at a manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
