Panel painter — Shelby County

Now hiring: we are hiring a panel painter in Shelby County, Alabama. You will be based at an accident repair centre. You will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to read and match factory paint codes 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
