System formwork carpenter — Fika

Join our team: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Fika, Yobe State. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. On a typical shift you will assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
