Join our team: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Luce County, Michigan. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Current medical and eyesight certificate On a typical shift you will keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
