VMC operator wanted in Akure South

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Akure South, Ondo State. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Your main tasks: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
