Pipe tig welder — Owan West

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Owan West, Edo. Your main tasks: • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Six days a week, one day off.
