Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Chatham County, Georgia. You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Six days a week, one day off.
