Immediate opening: bakery assistant (Vermont)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Rutland County, Vermont. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 4+ years on the tools preferred.
