Visual inspection operator — Orange County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Orange County, Vermont. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits 6+ years on the tools preferred.
