Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Randolph County, Illinois. The job is at an accident repair garage. On the job you will handle: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
