Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Gage County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
