Gas installation technician wanted in Nome Census Area

Join our team: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Nome Census Area, Alaska. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders You will test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
