Great opportunity: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Walker County, Georgia. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
