Baker wanted in Lafayette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Lafayette County, Mississippi. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
