We are recruiting: earthmoving plant operator (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Wise County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; check for underground cables and services before digging; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels. You should have: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
