Membrane applicator — Kalawao County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Kalawao County, Hawaii. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Day-to-day duties: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
