Immediate opening: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Greene County, Ohio. The job is on a high-rise building site. On the job you will handle: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Read lift plans and method statements before starting What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals 1+ years on the tools preferred.
