Bread and bun maker — Hardin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Hardin County, Iowa. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts.
