Tiling assistant — Delaware County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Delaware County, Oklahoma. The job is in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. The role involves: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
