Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Carroll County, Illinois. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. The role involves fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Performance bonus on top of base pay.
