Lathe programmer-operator — Sarpy County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Sarpy County, Nebraska. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. You will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Full-time with occasional weekends.
