The role involves season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
