Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality checker in Nuckolls County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. You should have: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection 3+ years on the tools preferred.
