Plant operator wanted in Dubuque County

Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Dubuque County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances 5+ years on the tools preferred.
