The role involves: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches Ideal candidate: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Six days a week, one day off.
