Powder spray gun operator — Grundy County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Grundy County, Iowa. The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time, day shift.
