Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Yellowstone County, Montana. You will be based in a tool room. On the job you will handle: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
