Oven operator — Daviess County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Daviess County, Missouri. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
