Vacancy available: we are hiring a spray foam installer in Douglas County, Georgia. You will be based at an industrial plant. Day-to-day duties: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
