Powder coating line operator — Platte County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Platte County, Nebraska. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
