UPVC welding machine operator • Kleberg County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Kleberg County, Texas. On a typical shift you will check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
