Now hiring: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Cole County, Missouri. You will work at a residential building site. The role involves: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Rotating shifts.
