Join our team: we are hiring a banquet server in Song, Adamawa State. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Your main tasks: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
