Immediate opening: powder coating line operator (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Page County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
