Bulldozer operator • Missaukee County, Michigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Missaukee County, Michigan. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections 2+ years on the tools preferred.
