Chef de partie — Antrim County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Antrim County, Michigan. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
