Industrial sewing operator • Logan County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Logan County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Part-time with flexible hours. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
