Now hiring: we are hiring a panel painter in Midland County, Texas. The job is at a dealership paint shop. On a typical shift you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
