Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Dawson County, Montana. The role involves: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Rotating shifts.
