Presser — Mellette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a presser in Mellette County, South Dakota. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. The role involves spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
