Quality assurance assistant — Potter County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Potter County, Texas. You will be based in an automotive parts factory. You should have: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Day-to-day duties: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings We offer $220 per day plus benefits.
