Catering cook — Wright County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Wright County, Missouri. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 6+ years on the tools preferred.
