Immediate opening: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Rabun County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Current medical and eyesight certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
