Great opportunity: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Custer County, Oklahoma. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Your main tasks: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
